ATHENS, Greece The captain and five officers of a cruise ship that sank off a Greek Island on Thursday reportedly have been charged with negligence.

ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Navy divers searched the waters around the sunken wreckage of a Greek cruise ships for a Frenchman and his daughter — the only two passengers still missing.

As Claire Chevrier and her friends watched their cruise ship sink, they clung to the deck railing with a nagging thought the Titanic. It was the most horrifying experience in the world. There werent enough life boats, said Chevrier, an 18-year-old from Boca Raton whose journey ended Saturday at Miami International Airport. We had to walk a plank from the ship to a ferry boat.

Greece Cruise Ship UPDATE 
A spokeswoman for the Greek Merchant Marine Ministry confirms that the captain of the cruise ship that sank this week has been charged with negligence. But could not confirm a report on state television that five other officers were also charged.
